WATER AUTHORITY RATES
The following is the schedule of quarterly water rates, fire protection rates, and service connection costs for all customers of the State College Borough Water Authority to become effective with all bills dated on or after JANUARY 1, 2008:

The late fee for your water bill is 7.5%

SECTION I - METER RATES

• $3.80 per 1,000 gallons

• All customers are charged a 3,000 gallon minimum per quarter

SECTION II- FIRE HYDRANT SERVICE

Public Fire Service

• Fire hydrants owned and maintained by the State College Borough Authority within public rights-of-ways each per annum: $90.00

Industrial or Private Fire Service

• Fire hydrants owned and maintained by the State College Borough Authority on premises specially located for industrial or private fire protection each per annum: $90.00

SECTION III - SPRINKLER SYSTEM

• Connections for stand pipes, automatic sprinklers or other devices connected with the mains by direct lines used only for fire purposes. Charge per annum based on $40.00 per inch diameter with a minimum of $40.00.

SECTION IV - CONNECTION CHARGES

A. 3/4" Water Main Connection:
1. Connection	$ 1000.00
2. Meter	$ 450.00
3. Inspection Fee	$   50.00
