2020 SCBWA water rates took affect January 1, 2020.
- Billing updates:
- Meters that the number starts with "8" will be billed in single gallons. Click here to view a new meter.
- All other meters will be billed in 1,000 gallons. As the new meters are installed, they will within two billing cycles, be billed by single gallons.
